Detention

Detention is a boring and quiet place for students. Normally when students don’t do their work is when they get detention, though students can still go to the detention room for study hall like Sejia A. does. She sometimes likes to go in there just to do her work for that night. I remember one time when I had detention she was in there just to do her homework. We would whisper to each other if she needed help with her homework, or if I needed help with my late work. During detention we’re not supposed to be talking, or whispering, but sometimes I can’t hold it back especially when she laughs; her laugh is hilarious. Getting back on topi,  detention can sometimes be fun when someone talks and then gets yelled at. There are also some regular students who are always there.  Anyhow, now detention is kind of boring. I think it’s really funny when I’m in there because everyone assumes that I’m in there because I got in trouble- most of the time its true, but other times it’s not. I can be very smart when I want to be. Detention is very small and quiet. I dislike it when it’s quiet, and hopefully will never be in there again for my eight grade year.
